Horrible customer service! Brought my car to repaired after an accident. Did a horrible job repairing vehicle and defrauded my insurance company. Don't trust them they are absolute sorry excuse for a dealership and have absolutely zero integrity. I would not recommend any one purchasing or servicing any cars with them.
The truck was bought there and every time something is wrong we take it there. Both times the people there look at me like I don't know what I'm talking about (I'm a women) I know I don't know everything but I DO know what my vehicle is doing. Never able to get a rental while mine is being worked on and quoted almost 3 grand to fix it. Was also told it was URGENT. Husband ordered the parts and did it himself to come and find out one thing wasn't even broken at all. Might I add over paid for the truck as well.
I removed my previous one star review. Body shop Tony is working with me and for now has convinced me my problem is mostly with my insurance company. Thank you "owner" and I'll return for an update post when I have an outcome.
Picked up my second vehicle from Lewes Automall yesterday. Absolutely love it. This experience was just as great as, if not better than, my first experience here. Dana Cera always does a fantastic job for not only me, but my family as well. He was able to find me exactly what I wanted, when I needed it and I couldn't be happier.
