Terrible experience with staff and vehicle was extremely dirty wasn't offered a refund after vehicle had service lights coming up on dash like Christmas lights. Was a horrible experience to try to get a replacement vehicle I will not be renting from Hertz ever again. First impressions are very important and the first impression I got from this company was not good at all.
