Billed me upfront then put a claim into insurance was told I'd be given a refund all I got was a run around .paid doubled for same visit
She tensed up again and he stops and says "he can't work like this and she should have asked for gas and she should have gotten it", which he told us before she wouldn't need so she said "I didn't know I was allowed to have it" and before she can even decide to ask for it he keeps going so she kinda tried to black out and just get done as fast as possible. He asked her to move my arm multiple times and get out of his way or he was going to stop and reschedule. She felt pain the entire time of the surgery.
Then when I walk back to see her she is sobbing and the Doctor is no where to be seen and his assistant is rude. I asked my daughter to tell me what happened and I confronted him and he gets all arrogant and I asked asks why he didn't come get me, and he says " I didn't need to come get you, I get 16 year olds who are more adult than her" DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!!! I AM SORRY I DIDN'T DO MORE RESEARCH BEFORE TAKING MY DAUGHTER TO THIS DENTIST.
Took my daughter to this unprofessional excuse for an oral surgeon at the recommendations of my insurance company for impacted wisdom teeth. First, he didn't stick to anything he promised during the consultation, a quick easy process and she wouldn't need laughing gas at all, but if he thought she did he'd go for it.
It's was a Horrible visit the front desk was very nice but the oral sur just didn't what u had to say he just walked out of the room while I was talking to him you can tell he was so upset for no reason. It was like he just wanted to come in the room to do his job and leave didn't give me any med like antibiotic or any for the infection bad service I wish I would read the reviews
We get there I was not allowed in the room because she is 18. He starts pressing and cutting her gums before shes even numb, she starts to have an anxiety attack because he's being rude and aggressive towards her so she couldn't really speak. She was too shocked and scared. Then, she starts shaking and crying and he asked her condescendingly, "is it pain or pressure? I'm not hurting you but I can if you want me too." she just froze up and he keeps going.
Dr. Fisher terrorized me in the chair while he pulled my teeth, un-numb. I had a panic attack under his care. I felt unsafe and scared for my well-being.
I had to get a tooth pulled today and was sent to Southern Delaware to Dr. Fisher. I was very nervous because I had always been put to sleep when having a tooth pulled. The staff was very kind and assured me everything was going to be ok. The doctor in and gave me gas and it was made it a breeze. I thought he was very kind and knew what he was doing. He was detailed about the aftercare and offered pain medication if I needed it. In all I would recommend him to my family. It was as pleasant as it could be.
