For years I have had locking and pain in my right knee, but have been too stubborn to do anything about it. One day I woke up and it had blown up like a balloon, and was in extreme pain, so I finally decided to do something about it. I had gone to Doctor Spieker multiple times when I was younger and always had a good experience, so I gave them a call, and they worked me in, in a timely manner. After a few visits and an MRI he came to the conclusion that I had torn 90% of my right lateral meniscus and that I needed surgery. A few weeks later I went into the surgery center, Doctor Spieker and his team made me feel calm, and relaxed. I was put under General anesthesia. The surgery turned out great, he was able to save 1/3 of my meniscus which is more than I could have hoped for. Two weeks after I was back to work. At this point I'll tell you I have a very active 4 year old who I've never really been able to keep up with him. It's been a month now, and I feel better than I ever have, best of all I'm able to run and chase after my son, and play with him in a way I've never been able to. I'm happier, and best of all so is my son. Doctor Spieker and his team changed my life, and made me far more fun for my son which makes me sooooooo happy. I cannot thank them enough for what they've done for me, I cannot speak of them any higher. My worst day now is better than my best day before the surgery.
