I have been using Sussex Eye Center for a few years now. I have used all but one of the doctors at the center and they all give such a thorough exam and sincerely care about your eyes here. I have used many other places since I moved to Sussex Co. and Sussex Eye has been the best. It's not your typical assembly line eye exam that you receive in most places. I have several eye problems going on and they always get my eyewear exact and fitting. I would also ask about the eyewear insurance plan they have when you are buying eyewear. SEC is the best
I was a patient when i was a teenager and i came back 10 years later because i figured they still have me on file but the problem is i do have a sight conditon where i need, not want, need to get my car tinted.. but this place has denied my request twice.. so im done going to this place again..
I've seen Dr. Sprague and Dr. Rebarchik, who are both very professional and thorough.The staff are always friendly, and are willing to go above and beyond to assist with finding out about insurance benefits. Choosing frames is always pleasant, with their technician. I've had to have the arm of a pair of glasses repaired a few times because I'm a bit rough on my glasses, having to take them on and off many times/day, given my profession. Sussex Eye Center has been very accommodating in getting my glasses repaired quickly, and even gave me a free arm when they had a spare on hand.
I was referred by my physician to Sussex Eye Center for a specific test. Although I am a patient at another eye center, this visit was super. The staff is friendly and efficient and Dr. Rebarchik was professional and cordial. He took the time to explain both the results of my test and subsequent retest. Since I had to retest, I never felt rushed by the very nice technician or by Dr. Rebarchik. Overall my experience, quite honestly was better than any visit I've ever had with my present eye care place. I am giving serious thought to switching to Sussex Eye Center.
Doctor is excellent, and staff is always super friendly and go above and beyond! I've never had a bad experience. They make it painless and easy! Thanks guys
