Paul was one of the easiest vendors to work with during the whole process and was so receptive to everything I wanted. He was very aware of my budget and worked so well to get me everything I wanted and more! He was amazing!
Flower images look lovely online and the free delivery offer was enticing. But a Service and Handling fee of $13.95 is ridiculous! This was a simple arrangement - just flowers in water. Would have rather paid the $10 for delivery. So much for a good deal.
