She called right after it happened and the owner told her to come in the next time she was in town. It was a month later and she called on the phone again and said she was in town. When she went in, he would not do anything for her. There must have been something wrong with the product. I also had my nails done there with the acrylic, they lasted about 1 week before chipping and cracking. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. They do not stand behind their product.
I had a horrible experience @ this establishment! Despite being the ONLY customer in the shop, the owner complained the ENTIRE time about how much trouble it was to apply the nails I wanted. He even suggested I get nails on only one hand!! "The nails on the other hand look fine to me", he said. The women in the shop wanted me to have my pedicure first which I refused...I guess, because he did not want to be disturbed while he was upstairs...napping, maybe? It was not as if I were a walk-in; I had an appointment.
Despite being disappointed by my experience, in two weeks, I went back for a fill. This time the place was much busier. I signed in & took a seat. After consulting the sign-in sheet, he went around the room to see who had an appointment & the services needed. In the middle of questioning another client, he whirls half way around, pointing to me and, says, "You! No, no fill today! Too busy! You come back tomorrow." I was flabbergasted! Not usually at a loss for words, I stammered something. He responded, OK, ok, come back in 90 minutes. I see I can work you in."
Terrible with design work. Can't even seem to paint a straight line. My nail shape doesn't match on any of my nails. And you can see right through the BLACK nail polish.
My sister-in-law had a bad experience at this nail salon. She got Gel Nails for the first time and they started peeling off and separating from the nail bed on the 3rd day.
Needless to say, I have never been back. I hope they lose their shirts on that business!
Gentleman began arguing when I asked to trim a very ragged nail before applying the acrylic. Complained about needing to apply a tip instead. Did all the sanding and filing over the bare table top. Dust all over table. No towel to catch the shavings. Rude and surly.
Awesome experience very nice
I am a 65-year old, retired nursing instructor. I have very nice manners, thank you very much. So, it is not as if I came in with an attitude.
