Very friendly family owned hardware store. Incredibly helpful to finding random parts. They will direct you to the nearby Lowe's or home depot if needed
Add on top that they're a local family owned business.
Genuinely offensive on the phone. Can't imagine how they stay in business. Tarnishing the Ace Hardware name.
For several years it seemed every time I needed an obscure part, Lowe's and Home Depot didn't have it, but Best did.
Friendly, and helpful. No lines! Avoid the box stores!
Now I stop here first. Knowledgeable and friendly, the only thing I'd go to the big stores for are larger items that benefit from space to spread out a variety.
Minimal selection compared to other ace stores I have been in. Extremely slow check out.
