What a beautiful experience for my family. The doctors and nurses made a hip replacement ho so smoothly and easily. Friendly attentive nurses and therapists....This local hospital is amazing!
I wouldn’t even rate it one star. When I went in because I couldn’t walk, I asked everybody if I was in observation, and they said no. Then, once I was discharged I got a bill for $400 that said I needed to pay for observation. I sent an email to Bebe and it got denied. I went to Bebe and they wouldn’t help me. Worst hospital ever. They don’t really care about the patients after.
My primary doctor sent me to the ER to rule out a blood clot because I had swelling in my left calf. 2 hours + later and numerous people seen in front and I'm still waiting room. Horrible service, unable to give you any ideas about wait time and even if they aren't busy you will end up spending hours in the waiting room.
patients falling thru the cracks of safety here on multiple levels. i would make the drive to christiana, make the drive to survive as they say.
