It took over an hour to get our pizza. According to the animated status, our pizza sat in the store for more that 30 minutes after it was finished baking. I gave specific instructions where my house was located and I watched the driver drive right past my house. I waited at least 10 minutes for him to come back by and had to flag him down. The road we live on is less than 1/4 a mile, and only half of that has residential homes. The pizza is cut into squares and not wedges. The sauce for the stuffed breadsticks we ordered is extra so we did not order any.
An hour to bring my food. Call to ask how long it would take to deliver it since my app tracker told me it was done but was still at the store for 15 mins. The person who answered the phone was incompetent and rude told me it would take an hour. And when I asked if I could just pick it up he said no because it was for delivery. Rude.
We realized that our order was missing one item, we advised staff and they were immediately preparing the item and so apologetic about the inconvenience. Our compliments to your management for the great attention the staff gave to us.

The pizza and cheesy bread are always great! We decided to be different today and order salads....worst idea ever. Got 2 chicken caesar salads and they were FROZEN. Chicken was frozen, lettuce was frozen and some of it brown. Disgusting, couldn't even eat it, threw it out after 1 bite. Also didn't get sauce for cheesy bread, ridiculous it doesn't come with.
