This is hard. On one hand this is my daughters post hospital request everytime, but rarely do I get a delivery order correct. last night was the worst, yes they only forgot a soda , but 1. the delivery driver had no idea i had a soda. 2. (this shows his attention to detail is less than standard) 3. I was offered no possible reconciliation by him, until I asked him what do we do about this? (his reply was youre not getting the soda, and then to call the store, and then he would refund my soda money) 4. I was then informed my lack of soda was due to his busy day. (this is his job correct? so in your busy day, I was offered less customer service because of this, and not the same attention to detail?) 5. This morning, I politely asked to ensure the void of soda had occured. Im fine with waiting for refund, just wanted to check it had been initiated. When I brought these concerns to the manager on duty today, and informed him I was not apologized to by the driver, but given excuses, He told me I was in the wrong for not calling. (no one answered) and given nearly verbatim the excuses of a heavy delivery day. I would liked to have seen the driver immediately offer reconciliation of the issue (im not interested in how tough your day was in a job you choose). If you screw up, own it without excuse and I'd have loads more respect. Or id like the manager recieve my critique with no excuses. You have a professional customer service issue here still, and no matter how much my daughter loves her breadsticks, I cant put my faith in this company at this time. Mighty disappointing.
Excellent pizza, fast service. I have had most of the pizza available by the beach and this is one of my faborites. Highly recommended.
Quick and hot. Had it ready for me to pick up at the exact same time as they said it would.
Had a white pizza with pepperoni and an order of mega-fries, both were delicious and cooked perfectly. Delivery driver was very friendly even though it was pouring rain and appreciative of my tip. good work guys
Being a local, and having tried all the pizza places many times, I can honestly say Pat's makes the best pizza in town. A crispy charred but softly pliable crust, a tasty sauce but not too much of it .... more emphasis on cheese, cheese that drips off the sides of the slice, so it makes a stretchy mess as you pull your slice away from the pie, so much that you have to ravel it up. I like an outer crust that is crispy but still bread-like and bubbly, and quality toppings. Pat's does this. My favorite is the "special" which includes sausage & pepperoni, onions & sweet peppers, meatballs and mushrooms. Classic and so good!
Pat's also makes a decent Greek salad, generous with the feta, which I highly recommend as a side to your Pizza. FYI, they have a cooler with bottled sodas, including two liter size for carry out.
