I tried several times to schedule an estimate or price and kept getting different employees calling me back so they had no idea what was going on, The owner i guess Brett the bald guy never came to my house for the estimate(which was promised) so my wife and I were in a panic bc they made promises and locked in our move date over the phone, at that point i was disgusted with there lack of professionalism and went with another company they came sameday for my estimate it was free no b.s. straight shooters young successful entrepreneurs that were hungry to do work and gave us a fair price and they were fantastic!, the move went perfect , i am an old school guy and a man's word is everything to me , and i felt this conpany was a logisically nightmare from the start! 2 thumbs down!
First-Rate Movers recently moved us from Rehoboth Beach Delaware to Keswick Virginia. Without a question, the BEST moving experience we have ever had. They were professional, punctual and affordable. Their positive energy and kind personalities made our experience a delight! They were efficient and took great care of our belongings. I would recommend them and hire them again with no hesitation!
