We have had Mr. Soots do several jobs this past year for us. He is very knowlegable and experienced. He gave us good advice, he worked quickly and is clean and well prepared.
Soots is fair priced, and does not come at you with a maintenance plan or sales pitch as do many other plumbing businesses. I have some plans for plumbing upgrades in the future, and Soots is the plumbing contracter I will call first.
Randy Soots and Bill came promptly to my rescue. Replaced the drain stopper assembly and did a few preventive maintenance things in the time it would have taken me to drive to Home Depot and try to figure out what part I actually needed.
