Horrible customer service for the amount of money we spent at that store in March 2017 (over $11K). We purchased outdoor furniture including a large couch, several chairs and a table and chairs. Our salesperson, TK never follow uped at all to our questions regarding pillow covers or the umbrella. I constantly had to call him to get anything answered. It was like he took our check and then forgot about us. He also said covers were included in the price of the furniture and later denied saying it. We would have never purchased such good quality furniture at that price without covers!! If we didn't like the product so much, I would return it all. Too bad their customer service is poor. Not a good experience at all. So much for buying local.
We purchased furniture for our 3 season porch last July. T.K. Novikoff was our consultant. He was excellent. Couldn't have been happier with him. We absolutely love the furniture & spend most of our time outside. Have gotten many compliments on the furniture & have recommended Creative Concepts frequently.
Way to expensive.
We recently built a second home in Rehoboth Beach, and we had to outfit it from scratch! It was challenging, and we were on a budget to boot. We worked with TK one of the designers at the store. We had never really worked with a designer before, so we didn't know what to expect. He spent a lot of time with us over several months helping us to select furniture as well as accessories, such as table lamps, vases, pictures, mirrors, etc. We were pleased with the results, and we've recommend him to friends. All of us have been happy with the results!
