In 2015 CFS rebuilt major parts of our beach house in Rehoboth including all new plumbing, two new bathrooms, a new sun room, a new deck and outdoor shower and a host of other projects around the house. Tom Miller and his exceptional staff did the work on time and with outstanding results. Many years ago I was a project manager in charge of major remodeling in the DC area. I wish I had this team working for me than. It takes special people to do a project this well. The framing is old school excellence (and no one sees it when it's covered but it's going to last many lifetimes). The extensive tile work in the bathrooms is outstanding (which is ten times harder in a wonky old beach house). Overall CFS excelled on our project and our third generation beach house is going to last many more generations thanks to their outstanding work!
