I walked in their office after a horrible experience at del med, I also have birth control in my arm that needs to be taken out because it's making me sick. I had to wait one month for my initial appointment, a day before that appointment the office called and cancelled. I had to wait another month for the next INITIAL appointment, they also called and cancelled the day before that one as well. I expressed my concerns with the birth control and the office supervisor is extremely unprofessional and lacks communication and respect. They wouldn't make me an appointment with another doctor, they felt no concern for the problems I tried to express to them that I am currently dealing with. A report has been filed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I've had my first child with them and was very happy with my experience. Unfortunately, since they have gone down from 4 midwife to 2, I feel they are unable to handle their patient load. I've had 4 appointments that I had to wait in the exam room for over an hour for a dr/midwife to come in and do a well baby check up. Even though we are almost at our due date, if I knew of other practices with midwives, I would switch.
