A big thank you to Sean at Henlopen Appliance. Sean came out (Tuesday..6/28/16), checked out our ice maker , ordered parts & we were back in business in 3 days(Friday..7/1/16). They were able to work us back into their schedule right before the 4th of July weekend..That is service. Will use them again.. Great job Sean.
Unfortunately the company has gone the way of locally owned prima donna stores. called them for a service call on my fridge; second for this appliance, fourth to our home. Also purchased a $1,000 dishwasher from them a year ago. Was informed by Ryan that thry now only service what they sell. They were.not even open yet when we purchased the fridge! I'll never set foot in your store again!
We live out of the area and needed to arrange a dishwasher install for this weekend. We called last week to order the appliance and spoke to Amy who couldn't have been more helpful to us and accommodating to our schedule. Trevor showed up first thing Saturday morning and did a great job with the install. He also took the time to review the features with us. We will definitely call on them again!
