Would be nice if I didn't have to loose a days work for this type of customer care.
We have never purchased appliances as every house we owned already had them. There was a lot to learn. Features, sizes, style, smart options, I was overwhelmed UNTIL I went to Millman's Appliances. Gary patiently taught me all I needed to know to make informed decisions. There is no comparison to the big stores where each salesman tells you something different, or couldn't answer my questions . We are grateful to have the extensive knowledge and guidance from Gary and crew at Millman's!
Will never use this company again bad customer care service and lack of communications.
Horrible customer service, they gave me a window 11-3 for a warranty repair for appliances I bought from them.
After some glitches to start our experience with Millmans, both the sales and service team worked to make things right. We appreciated the effort they made to get things straightened out.
Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service I received from the service department. AJ and Sean were the best. Friendly and knowledgeable and had my washing machine up and running in no time! The service manager, Patrick, was very helpful getting my repair scheduled in a timely manner.
The office service person took no responsibility for not returning my call at 2 and referenced that the cable company makes people wait all day and that he didn't have any control over the techs in the field.
Worst customer service ever. They will not call back. Had to physically go into schedule someone to come out. Then, the repairmen either don't show up for repairs or are hours late. All without a curtesy call. Don't ever buy from here. I NEVER will again.
At 2 I called for an update and got voice mail. At 3 I called and was finally told they would be another 45 min late.
