The pool, marina, park are all very nice.
A nice mobile home/permanent camper park. People are friendly & the park is kept clean & well maintained. There is a marina here, playground with splash pad, sand volleyball & shuffleboard, community pool with a new large pavilion & a lifeguard on staff. There is also a community center & lots of events throughout the year. The only down side is that if you stay here & plan to go to the beach, you will sit in a lot of traffic. If you're here to boat, you will do great. The park is right on the Rehoboth bay.

When a group of people decide they don't like you or you don't meet their high standard, they sabotage you, constantly harass you and Management won't dispute them. Manager will then remove you rather than stand up to the bullied of the neighborhood
Love it here, going on year 2 as a full time resident. It's never disappointing
I love the place because we have a beach house there and it is amazing. Great for riding boats
