Expensive ground rent and more difficult than necessary screening process. They are trying to create monopoly on mobile home parks to destroy this type of affordable housing.
Not too bad for a trailer park. I have seen worse. Young woman in office was rude and condescending when I needed a key to get in trailer. I refuse to go into office because of that. Park has swimming pool and large field to play and an area to BBQ with grills in place and a roof overhead. Streets have speed bumps but most people don't go the 15 mph limit and tailgate you all the way out. All in all a nice place
Old mobiles homes. Park needs improvement. Has a nice pool area.
I love living here. My neighbors are sweet, and the trailer is nice and very affordable. I love that I'm so close to Lewes and Rehoboth. The only issue I may have is the people coming and going in there cars late night blasting music. Not much the office can do about that though...
Wispering Pines is wonderful. I have a summer/beach home here. The community is very nice and well maintained, management is great and always a pleasure to deal with. The community is less than 4 miles from the beach, 5 mins down Costal Hwy. are the outlets,with great deals all of the time. Some of the very best resturants ive eaten at are located just minutes away and you can find just about anyting you're looking for within a 5 mile radius. If youre looking for a place near the beach i would strongly recommend Whispering Pines
