I had the same experience as another customer. walked into the shop, could barely move around with all the guns, ammo, clutter. First time buyer of a gun and wanted to get some info and the gentleman was very abrupt and seemed like I was more of a nuisance . He left and and woman came out and she was equally uninterested in talking about what I needed and carried on a conversation with a regular discussing the regular's family matters. If you know what you want and want to walk in and buy it without any discussion, this is the shop for you. otherwise, go elsewhere...
Stood there like a red-headed stepchild as man was carrying on a phone conversation. I was no more than 5 feet and knew that he saw me. After 10 min of listening to good 'ol boy BS, and no acknowledgement from him that I existed, I left, never to return. This is not the first time I have experienced indifferent service but it was my last. BTW, I was there to buy a new handgun.
Hands down the best shop around! And, the Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. They carry a variety of "must haves"!
This is my go to gun shop. They know their stuff and offer great advice. Bought five guns over the last twelve years and I'm eyeballing my next rifle to be bought in the spring. Awesome selection of older firearms (two areas in the stacked shop are practically a museum of fire arm development) and a broad selection current models from kid's starter rifles to shotguns to great AR platforms. Must stop for any shooting enthusiast in southern Delaware!
