The scheduler was very helpful to accommodate times that were convenient for me not the shop. All was ready including the part needed and paperwork as I arrived. The repair was made in less than half the time expected and less than one quarter of the time the car dealership shop quoted. All done with personal care and good humor. I'll be going back from now on!
The techs there are great but the counter person named Lisa was horrible, she didn't. Even know how many quarts my truck took I had to tell her. Then when I told her that I had my own oil and filter she was now gonna allow the change. I told her that I only use royal purple oil and k&n filters so I had to go to the atm and get out cash and pay the tech in cash.she was not a very friendly person.
Do not use this shop! I called and tried to get an appointment for my truck to get an alignment after multiple different answers on wherher they would be able to do my alignment I finally got an answer of yes. I requested an appointment and was told no just bring it in, I asked you do not take appointments? I was told no. So I bring my truck in the next morning and drop it off. The lady at the counter is having a bad day and venting to other customers about how everyone called out on her and the customers in line in front of me had a simple tire swap on a rim they had brought with them, and they were very rudely told you might get it back today. 7 hours later I return to the shop my truck had not been touched and the poor couple was still sitting in waiting room waiting for tire swap.. the lady at the counter had no customer service skills whatsoever. I asked her how they didn’t get my truck done when I dropped it off, and barely had anyone in line infront of me that morning. She said she was booked with appointments she didn’t have time to do any walk ins. I explained to her that she had told me the previous day that they do not take appointments and I should just drop my truck off, she sat back in her chair and said what are you talking about. I would not have wasted my time bringing my truck and finding rides back and forth 2x if I knew they had zero room for walk ins and that they actually do take appointments!! I will never use this shop again and I hope this lady at the counter gets a talk to about how she represents the business because it will not be around long with this type of service. I will recommend the meinekee down the road good luck!
Made early 830 reservation and my car got in after a few minutes. Only needed alignment and all went well for reasonable price. Had chairs to sit outside in the sun. While there I did see them check air and inflate tires for free for walk ups. Interesting to contrast my experience with others.
There efficient, knowledgeable, and very quick with the repair as long as the parts are available. Fair pricing too.
