So glad I found FUN FIT VIBE, I am thrilled with my strength, mobility and general fitness results from regular whole body vibrations sessions with my own trainer. The combination of weight training, balance, calisthenics and sports, all done on a vibrating platform produces unique sessions, challenging and FUN. I used to hurt all over, all the time, some places more than others. I was dragged down by my limitations. Every movement hurt me somewhere. I am so aware of how much better I feel `now and the credit and thanks go to Greg Mervine and Fun Fit Vibe.

I've been a client for several years at Fun Fit Vibe and can attest to the benefits of using the Power Plate! The exercise routines focus on stretching, balance, core, strength and massage! The routines vary and are completed in a timely manner. I personally love the boxing! Had a great work out today. Finished my 1st 10 sessions. Feel alive and healthy. I am better able to do my daily activities. I can climb steps without huffing and puffing. Signed up for my next sessions already.
I have been working out at FunFitVibe almost a year and am really glad I found it. When I started, I was dealing with a progression from lower back pain to very painful sciatic nerve issues. That has disappeared and I'm feeling better and stronger each week.
