Great new coastal community, though still under construction.
Didn't stay long but what I saw looked very nice. Very nicely decorated, with several large seating areas. 2 pool tables, a long hand shuffleboard table, multiple big screen TVs, 6 high top tables and a beautiful long bar that seats 18! Dining tables and chairs that seat approximately 50ppl. There's also a manned reception desk when you first come in the Clubhouse, and what looked to be a well-equipped gym on the opposite end of the building.
Clubhouse is beautiful. It houses a coffee/tea bar, library, gym, restaurant and bar. For Coastal Club neighbors only.
Residents of the neighborhood can dine here 5 - 9 p.m., and also book private parties in this beautiful space. Summertime when the pool is open, the grill runs providing meals and snacks midday through evening.
