A great beach where all the locals go. You can also drive on here, though come here early during peak times.

This is very good state park to visit. Wheelchair/ handicap friendly. Even the police was friendly, make sure to pay the entrance fee (especially at night! There is a self pay box hidden near the entrance). I visited during Labor Day and it wasn't too crowded. I found parking right away. The bath house is modernized. Very clean park. Great people that visit. Except once in a while you will see a Trump supporter very proudly, but you can just ignore them, they don't know any better. I love Herring Point ! I will be back next summer!!
