Reasonably priced and good service!
Had a delightful meal last night. Caesar salad was large enough to feed the four of us. Topneck clams on the half shell were wonderful - fresh and juicy. The blue crabs were very good - fresh and sweet. The dinning room and restrooms were very clean. Service was outstanding and prices were very reasonable. We will get takeout in the future and eat there as well.
We just ate here tonight and wanted to write a review bc there were a few bad reviews on here. We had a good experience here. We didn't have a long wait and all of us were happy with what we ordered. And the chef even generously swapped my clams for scallops for the same price. My fruity mixed drink was yummy too! My kids even ate all of their meals which is very rare! Waitress was attentive and friendly as well .
Crabs, sevice and prices were great. Only minor complaint was acoustics. Loud.
I would suggest at least another staff member to facilitate: host, seat, drinks, bus tables, run food, etc. Lack of communication between staff was apparent. Very unorganized. Angry customers all around us and none were being picky: Waiting over an hour for salads or hot dog for a child, lack of refills, 20 minutes for a slice of cake to come out, food coming out at various times versus for table to eat together, etc. 1/3 of the tables were stacked with dirty dishes and never bussed. Not a full house. We left after being there over an hour with no apps, just sodas. If we couldn't get steamed shrimp & potato skins in that time frame, we feared we would never eat our meals.
