I have been to this store twice in the last 2 weeks and both times have been an unpleasant experience. The first time there was an older gentleman with a goatee and mustache who wore glasses, and the second time there was an older woman with long brown hair which was tied back in a pony tail, and who wore what appeared to be bedroom slippers/booties, behind the counter. Each one seemed irritable and impatient and conveyed an attitude that my presence was and intrusion and/or interruption upon their time, or upon their workload. Regardless, it made me feel angry. Apparently neither one was aware of their rude demeanor, or perhaps they did not care. Either way, that kind of customer service is not good for business, and it does not make one look forward to returning! Not a "friendly" place!
